Terms and Conditions (1) Offer applies only to UK extrabet.com accounts opened between Friday 14 December 2007 and Tuesday 30 September 2008, inclusive. (2) To qualify for the free bet, new customers must place a bet, staking at least £5. (3) Any winnings from the free matching bet on the same selection will be credited to your extrabet.com account after the qualifying first bet placed by you has been settled, normally within 24 hours. (4) The maximum size of the matching bet is £25. The stake on the free bet will not be returned (i.e. if your bet is a winning bet your account will be credited with your winnings from the free bet, but not the stake). (5) There is no cash alternative and the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other introductory offer. (6) Offer will expire on 30 September 2008 and qualifying bet must be placed and settled on or before that date. (7) Customers must be aged 18 or over. (8) Offer is limited to one free bet per household (or group or syndicate of customers, including where extrabet Ltd reasonably believes there to be evidence of co-operation, collusion and/or organisation of bets from the same source). (9) extrabet Ltd is the arbiter of the promotion and reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Offer at any time without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute its decision will be final.
